Frequently asked questions

Is anything physically shipped?+

No — all NorthAura guides are 100% digital PDF downloads. There is no physical product, no shipping time, and no delivery cost. You get instant access to your files immediately after checkout.

How do I download my guides after purchase?+

Right after you complete checkout, a download link appears on the confirmation page. We also email you a permanent download link within minutes. Click either link to save the PDF to your device.

Can I access my guides on multiple devices?+

Yes. Save your PDFs to your phone, tablet, laptop, or work computer. There is no device limit. We recommend storing them in a cloud folder (iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox) so they're always within reach on shift.

What if I lose my download link or delete the file?+

You have lifetime access. Simply revisit your original download email, or log into your NorthAura account at any time to re-download your purchases. Your files are always available.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?+

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there within 10 minutes, email hello@northauracollection.com with your order confirmation and we'll resend your link immediately.
