All nursing study guides sold by NorthAura Collection are digital PDF downloads. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.
Why No Refunds?
Digital files are accessible immediately after checkout. Once downloaded, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. To protect the integrity of our content and keep prices fair for every nurse, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.
Lost or Corrupted Files
If you lose your download link or your file becomes corrupted, contact us at hello@northauracollection.com and we will re-send your purchase free of charge. Your lifetime access means you can re-download your guides at any time.
