Because our digital products (including PDF clinical reference guides, survival packs, and phrase banks) are delivered instantly via electronic download upon purchase, they are considered "used" once opened or downloaded.

As a result, North Aura Collective operates under a strict NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, and NO CANCELLATIONS policy on all digital products. All sales are final.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Unlike physical goods, digital downloads cannot be physically sent back, returned to inventory, or un-downloaded once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will receive instant access to proprietary intellectual property and that you waive your right to a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We want you to be completely satisfied with your tools. While we maintain a strict final-sale policy, we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis under the following rare conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice in a single transaction or within 24 hours of each other, we will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate item.

  • Corrupted or Broken Files: If the PDF file you received is corrupted or damaged due to a technical error on our backend, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement file within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued. (Please note: incompatibility with an outdated app on your personal device does not qualify as a corrupted file).

If you have not received your download link or are having trouble opening your files, please check your spam, junk, or promotions email folders first.
