For all digital resources, survival packs, and phrase banks, no physical items will be shipped. There are zero shipping fees or delivery delays.

• Instant On-Screen Access: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, a confirmation screen will load featuring a direct link to download your high-resolution PDF files.

• Automated Email Delivery: Within minutes of checkout, an automated email from North Aura Collective will be sent to your inbox containing a secure link to access your files.

• Troubleshooting: If you do not see your download email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders before reaching out to our support team.

📦 Part 2: Physical Products (Scrub Pocket Guides, Print Items)

Note: This section applies exclusively to physical merchandise and printed materials.

Processing Times

All physical orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has officially shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days (Domestic).

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for urgent clinical needs.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. North Aura Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
